1. Reservations
Reservations are confirmed only after official confirmation or payment.
Prices may change without notice, except for confirmed bookings.
Maximum occupancy per apartment: 4 adults.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 11:00
Early check-in/late check-out upon availability.
3. Payments
Accepted payment methods:
Booking.com
Airbnb
Bank transfer for direct bookings
We do not store credit card details.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation policies depend on the booking method.
Direct booking cancellations follow the policy agreed upon at the time of reservation.
5. House Rules
No smoking indoors
No pets allowed
No parties or events
Quiet hours: 23:00–08:00
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
6. Liability
The property is not responsible for:
loss of personal belongings
injuries occurring on the premises
external factors (power outages, area noise, etc.)
